Key Responsibilities\n

• Employ various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Play Therapy, ensuring interventions are appropriate for the age group and specific issues being addressed.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including child psychiatrists, pediatricians, and social workers, to ensure patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Provide crisis intervention and respond effectively to mental health emergencies involving children and adolescents.

• Actively engage in educating patients and their families about common mental health disorders, treatment options, and available community resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation is completed timely.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Active and valid licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.

• Comprehensive knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities applicable to child and adolescent mental health is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
