Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand each client's unique mental health needs.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans addressing each client's specific goals for well-being.

• Lead individual therapy sessions for adult clients, employing evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused strategies.

• Provide accessible teletherapy services ensuring continuity of care, particularly for clients who may have difficulty accessing in-person appointments.

• Respond to crisis situations with sensitivity, applying crisis intervention techniques as warranted to support clients in distress.

• Engage in continuous professional development, seeking out training and education to stay current with evolving mental health practices and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Completion of a master’s degree or doctoral degree in a relevant discipline such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients.

• A clean disciplinary record regarding licensure.
