Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments to gauge clients’ mental health concerns, establish clinical diagnoses, and tailor comprehensive treatment plans that address unique needs.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing tailored evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches to empower clients in their healing journeys.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring safety and effective management of high-stress situations.

Qualifications\n

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
