You will enjoy the flexibility of a work schedule that typically spans Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some adaptability needed to meet patient demands. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, encompassing diagnostic interviews and symptom evaluations, to establish individualized care plans for patients.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailored to the needs of individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that foster community engagement and address key mental health topics, helping clients find shared understanding and support.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care, ensuring that all aspects of a patient’s mental health are addressed.

• Provide crisis intervention services to support clients during acute mental health challenges, employing established protocols to ensure safety and well-being.

• Educate patients on their mental health conditions, outlining treatment methods and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of all patient interactions, assessments, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. Clients range from adolescents to adults, and you will employ culturally sensitive practices to address the unique needs of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with contemporary evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated ability to execute comprehensive mental health assessments and develop tailored treatment plans based on client needs.

• Experience delivering therapeutic services to diverse populations through individual and group therapy sessions.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.

• Strong professional judgment and adherence to ethical guidelines and boundaries.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other software tools for effective documentation and communication.
