Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for new clients to identify their unique mental health needs. For example, you will utilize standardized instruments and clinical interviews to inform your understanding of each client's situation.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes, ensuring that they align with evidence-based practices that fit each client's context.

• Provide a wide range of therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions. You may employ different modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and adjust your approach as necessary.

• Collaborate with team members, including case managers and psychiatrists, to coordinate care and address the needs of clients holistically, ensuring a seamless approach to their mental health journey.

• Offer crisis intervention and support for clients in acute distress, demonstrating compassion and expertise while crafting a safe space for de-escalation and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as a Mental Health Counselor will serve a diverse client population, including individuals from various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A valid and independent license in one of the following areas: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on your qualifications and experience.
