Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and personal interviews to determine their needs and establish therapeutic goals.

• Develop individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings, tailoring interventions to align with the unique circumstances and cultural backgrounds of each client.

• Provide ongoing psychotherapy sessions, offering both individual and group therapy while incorporating evidence-based approaches tailored to address issues such as depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and more.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting therapeutic interventions as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for clients requiring additional services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, ranging from adolescents to adults grappling with a wide array of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience working directly with clients in a mental health setting.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly those that prioritize cultural responsiveness.

• Demonstrated ability to provide therapeutic services in both individual and group settings with a focus on inclusivity.

Compensation and Benefits\n
