Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health status and identify their specific needs.

• Develop, implement, and tailor individualized treatment plans, leveraging evidence-based practices to align with clients' mental health goals.

• Provide quality individual therapy sessions through telehealth, using solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral techniques while monitoring client progress.

• Respond effectively to crisis situations, providing immediate intervention and support as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of our team, you will work with a wide range of adult clients who present with various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Our diverse clientele comes from different backgrounds, allowing you to enrich your clinical experience and develop specialized treatment methodologies. Qualifications\n

• A valid and up-to-date license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Completion of a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal attributes to foster therapeutic relationships.

• A compassionate and empathetic demeanor that embodies a non-judgmental approach to therapy.

• Proficiency with organizational skills and time-management capabilities are essential for meeting client needs effectively.

• No professional disciplinary history is permitted.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a teletherapy setting is highly desirable, as is familiarity with digital client management systems.
