Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in collaborative efforts with fellow team members to implement effective positive behavior support plans, utilizing screening tools as directed by the clinical team.

• Act as a liaison between clients and relevant state agencies, community partners, and service systems to enhance the quality of care and expand access to vital resources.

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the quality and integrity of our services.

• Establish and maintain effective communication channels that promote our agency’s mission within the community.

• Engage in professional growth activities, including attending conferences and representing the agency at statewide meetings and related forums.

• Other tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director that align with departmental objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing challenges related to mental health issues, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and brain injury. Your ability to connect with these individuals and provide empathetic support is essential in fostering their recovery and enhancing their overall quality of life.
