Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups via telehealth.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy tailored to client needs.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic client care.

• Participate in ongoing professional development workshops to stay informed about the latest mental health research and treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with clients who may have limited access to mental health care, including individuals and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will provide support tailored to diverse backgrounds and needs, fostering an inclusive environment where all clients feel safe and heard.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.

• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and telehealth technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
