Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, couples, and groups, ensuring clients receive the highest quality of care.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to address a wide range of mental health issues.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive and holistic care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with advancements in mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes individuals and families facing mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, substance use issues, and relationship difficulties. The ideal candidate will demonstrate sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and an understanding of the complexities of mental health within different cultural contexts.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York State.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience is necessary, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with a diverse clientele and foster meaningful therapeutic relationships.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, our benefits package includes:
