Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging counseling sessions through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a high standard of care and professionalism.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify mental health needs, accurately diagnosing conditions, and crafting personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, ranging from adolescents to adults, presenting with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. This position requires a strong commitment to understanding the individual needs of each client, ensuring that the counseling process is tailored to their specific experiences and challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is mandatory.

• Possession of a valid state license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, reflective of your experience and expertise. Additionally, a generous sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates.
