Key Responsibilities\n

As a Telehealth Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a caseload of clients, establishing rapport, and building effective therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics.

• Conducting regular sessions to assess client progress, addressing concerns, and planning for discharge when appropriate.

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized, person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with your clients.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes, treatment updates, and intake assessments.

• Conducting individual therapy sessions weekly, focusing on evidence-based treatment approaches and utilizing appropriate therapeutic techniques.

• Participating in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and performance continuously.

• Collaborating with healthcare providers to coordinate care ensuring a multidisciplinary approach to client support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is focused on providing mental health support to youth, addressing a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. As a Telehealth Counselor, you will employ techniques that meet the diverse needs of young clients, using digital tools to establish connections and foster understanding even from a distance.

Qualifications\n

We require candidates to meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits\n
