Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while ensuring that you can provide effective care to your clients through our telehealth platform. Our structured work week runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the potential for occasional evening shifts based on patient needs. You will have the support of a multidisciplinary team, engaging in regular consultations and collaborative discussions to optimize patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments targeting the developmental needs of children and adolescents.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents, treating a diverse range of mental health disorders. By employing a tailored approach to therapy, you will help young individuals find effective solutions to their emotional challenges so they can lead healthier, happier lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Illinois.

• Demonstrated knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, along with proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Experience in providing individual and family therapy sessions to young clients, with a focus on developmental responsiveness.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, exhibiting a compassionate, child-centered attitude.

• Ability to establish rapport and build trust with children, adolescents, and their families, ensuring a safe therapy environment.

• Proficiency in using EHR systems and related digital tools to maintain efficient client records.

• A collaborative mindset to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team structure.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role is required, with a strong focus on working with children and adolescents. Experience in telehealth service delivery is an asset, helping you to navigate virtual therapy platforms and support clients remotely.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonuses. New hires will also be eligible for a sign-on bonus, providing an additional incentive to join our team.
