Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for children and adolescents to accurately identify their specific needs and challenges.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that take into account the individual developmental stages and family dynamics affecting each patient.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy and play therapy, to effectively address a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and attention disorders.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions, equipping parents and guardians with tools and strategies to foster a supportive home environment.

• Collaborate with child psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to develop a comprehensive treatment strategy, ensuring all aspects of the patient's life are considered.

• Provide crisis intervention support for children and adolescents during mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and effective assistance.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, different treatment modalities, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain secure and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all interactions are documented and confidential.

• Actively participate in team discussions, case studies, and ongoing training sessions to enhance your skills and stay current with best practices in child and adolescent psychiatry.

• Continuously expand your knowledge of current research and advancements in mental health to implement the best care practices available.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on children and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health challenges including anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, and behavioral issues. You will be part of a team that provides tailored therapeutic interventions in a supportive setting, engaging both patients and their families to foster understanding and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree from an accredited program in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n
• In-depth understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders, alongside familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and family therapy targeted toward younger populations.
\n
• Exemplary interpersonal skills, with a focus on compassionate care and effective communication with children, adolescents, and their families.

• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and standard computer applications to enhance patient documentation and data analysis.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this rewarding position ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 104,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonuses. We also provide a sign-on bonus as part of our commitment to attracting top talent.
