Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, collecting comprehensive information to tailor personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain meticulous documentation to comply with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring all client interactions are accurately recorded.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Proven communication and interpersonal skills necessary for establishing trust and rapport with clients.

• A compassionate approach with the ability to provide a non-judgmental space, fostering comfort for clients during therapy sessions.

• Strong organizational abilities to effectively juggle caseloads and associated administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling setting.

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
