Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus primarily on the youth population, providing vital mental health services to children and adolescents facing various psychological issues. You will work closely with families to ensure that they are actively involved and supported throughout the treatment process, elevating the standard of care for each patient and promoting positive mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in the state as either an LCMFT, LCSW, LCP, LCPC, or LSCSW.

• In-depth knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, as well as familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic approaches.

• Demonstrated experience delivering both individual and family therapy to young patients.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, combined with a compassionate and child-centered approach to care.

• Ability to foster trust and rapport with children, adolescents, and their families to enhance therapeutic engagement.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant software to effectively manage patient information.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The licensed mental health counselor position offers a competitive annual salary range of $80,000 to $104,000, complemented by performance bonuses and a sign-on bonus.
