Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for children and adolescents to identify their specific needs and challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to deliver effective interventions for various mental health disorders.

• Work closely with child psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to coordinate care and ensure a holistic treatment approach.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and emotional support during mental health emergencies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional education.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Texas.

• Strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Demonstrated experience in providing therapeutic support to children and families.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on building rapport with young clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
