Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for children and adolescents, identifying their unique needs and challenges.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that consider each patient's developmental stage and family dynamics.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and family therapy, to effectively support young patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents facing a diverse array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral issues. You will work to enhance their coping skills and emotional resilience, while also providing support to their families as active participants in the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
\n
• Strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders, along with evidence-based treatment modalities.
\n
• Experience in delivering both individual and family therapy services to young clients.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering a compassionate and child-centered therapeutic approach.
\n
• Ability to establish a trusting rapport with children, adolescents, and their families.
\n
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and essential computer applications.

• Team-oriented mindset, capable of collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary frameworks.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting working with children and adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits\n
