Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments tailored to evaluate the needs of children and adolescents, establishing a strong foundation for treatment plans.

• Develop and implement individual treatment plans that reflect the developmental stages and unique family dynamics of each patient.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and play therapy to effectively address conditions such as anxiety, depression, and ADHD.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions, empowering parents and caregivers with strategies to create supportive home environments conducive to their children's mental health.

• Collaborate closely with child psychiatrists and fellow therapists to ensure well-rounded and holistic care for clients.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support for children and adolescents encountering mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients and families about mental illnesses, available treatments, and local support resources, fostering empowerment and informed decision-making.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of client interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Actively participate in ongoing team meetings and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Illinois.

• In-depth understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment methodologies, and therapeutic approaches that resonate with young clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a lucrative sign-on bonus to welcome new team members.
