Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments, including intake interviews and psychological screenings, to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and establish their treatment needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities suitable for addressing clients' specific issues and personal objectives.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions, both one-on-one and in group settings, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other leading practices.

• Work in tandem with the treatment team to review each client’s progress regularly, ensuring optimal care coordination and adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

• Educate and involve clients' families in the treatment process, fostering a supportive environment that enhances recovery outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions, complying with all legal and ethical standards governing mental health practices.

Qualifications\n
