Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gauge the emotional and psychological needs of children and adolescents, leading to clear insights and a foundation for treatment strategies.

• Work closely with child psychiatrists and other interdisciplinary team members to optimize care coordination and align treatment plans.

• Maintain compliant and detailed documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems while adhering strictly to confidentiality and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.

• In-depth knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, with practical experience in utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Expertise in delivering therapy to individual clients as well as family units.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, characterized by a compassionate, child-focused approach.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience in a similar mental health counseling role is required, candidates with additional certifications or specialties in child and adolescent therapy will be favorably considered. Compensation and Benefits\n
