Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring a safe and ethical environment for your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in a counseling-related discipline, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and active state-issued mental health counseling license to practice independently; suitable credentials may include LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills complemented by a genuinely compassionate nature to foster therapeutic relationships.

• Demonstrated proficiency with technology; strong computer literacy skills, including a reliable computer with webcam and audio capabilities for video sessions.

• Solid internet connectivity to facilitate uninterrupted therapeutic sessions.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical mental health counseling role working with adult populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, based on experience and hours worked. Full-time counselors also receive a monthly healthcare stipend to support wellness. Additional benefits include:
