Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to determine presenting issues, including depression, anxiety, and interpersonal conflicts, using standardized assessments and clinical interviews.

• Create, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, evidence-based practices, and in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

• Document all interactions and treatment interventions in patients' electronic health records, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards.

• Provide case management by effectively triaging cases, coordinating care through referrals, and maintaining communication with patients and their families throughout the treatment process.

• Consult regularly with other healthcare providers and coordinate integrated care strategies to address complex patient challenges.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Mind Symphony Behavioral Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
