Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to thoroughly understand client concerns and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Regularly collaborate with fellow practitioners to ensure integrated care, sharing insights and resources to enrich the therapeutic experience for clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through regular training sessions on new techniques and approaches within the mental health field.

• Contribute to enhancing our practice by suggesting program development, improvement initiatives, and innovative therapeutic approaches.

• Provide crisis intervention support for clients in distress, ensuring safety, and developing critical action plans as necessary.

• Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential client records to meet all ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• This full-time position offers an attractive annual salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
