Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand patients' needs, challenges, and possible treatment pathways.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with each patient, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with our department policy, including clinical notes and progress reports.

• Engage in regular communication with physicians and other healthcare professionals to report patient progress, address concerns, and ensure coordinated care.

• Provide crisis intervention services and counseling, managing emotional and behavioral issues effectively.

• Assist in discharge planning, coordinating care with community resources and support services to facilitate a seamless transition for patients.

• Work closely with patients' families and support systems to involve them in treatment and discharge planning discussions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The mental health therapist will work with a diverse client population, ranging from children to adults who are facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological disorders. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
