Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate client mental health status and emotional well-being through structured interviews and standardized assessments.

• Develop, implement, and regularly revise individualized treatment plans based on client needs, incorporating evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.

• Deliver a range of therapeutic interventions, including one-on-one sessions, family therapy, and group therapy sessions, designed to address various mental health issues.

• Continuously monitor client progress through regular check-ins and data-driven evaluations, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize effectiveness.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, developing essential safety plans for clients in acute distress.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and professional ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and family therapists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists serve a varied patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in Oregon is mandatory.
