Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status, developing tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs and circumstances.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Coordinate care and follow-ups with other mental health professionals, medical providers, and community resources to ensure comprehensive support for each client.

• Educate and support clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and strategies for managing symptoms effectively.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client sessions and treatment progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations and professional standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two (2) years of direct counseling experience is required.
