This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while still engaging in meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients. Utilizing a telehealth platform, you will deliver quality services to individuals across Keizer, Oregon, and potentially beyond, ensuring accessibility and minimizing barriers to mental health care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and intake interviews to understand client needs and concerns, followed by developing individualized treatment plans to address specific mental health challenges.

• Facilitate regular counseling sessions via telehealth, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients with various mental health diagnoses and substance use disorders.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and providing detailed documentation of all client interactions and progress notes.

• Participate in team meetings and case consultations, actively engaging in discussions that promote a positive work culture and collaboration among colleagues.

• Manage a balanced case load, offering ongoing support to clients while ensuring the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services.

• Utilize standardized assessments and screening tools to diagnose mental health disorders effectively, adjusting therapeutic strategies as necessary for optimal client outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to create a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele spans a diverse population including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. You will be tasked with providing culturally competent care and building strong therapeutic relationships to empower clients in their recovery journeys.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Hold an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting, highlighting your ability to practice independently and effectively manage a caseload.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage clients empathetically and effectively.

• A talent for building meaningful relationships, fostering trust, and encouraging client participation in their treatment process.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, additional experience in specific areas such as trauma-informed care, addiction counseling, or family therapy is preferred. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual engagement methods will be advantageous in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
