Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations, determining each client’s mental health status, challenges, and specific needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to clients’ goals, ensuring alignment with best practices and therapeutic standards.

• Deliver evidence-based individual therapy sessions to adult clients, employing strategies that foster resilience and promote mental wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily involves working with adult clients who face a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relational challenges. Therapists will encounter individuals from varied demographic backgrounds, necessitating cultural competence and empathy in treatment approaches to effectively address differing life experiences and social determinants of mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Proficient in written and verbal communication skills, as well as exceptional interpersonal abilities to build rapport with clients.

• Demonstrated compassion and a non-judgmental attitude, providing a safe space for clients to express themselves.
\n
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage client schedules and documentation.
\n
• No history of disciplinary actions against your professional licensure.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health counseling role.

• Experience in an outpatient setting and familiarity with telehealth practices.
\n
• Proficiency in therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 , commensurate with experience and credentials.
