Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ unique mental health concerns, establishing a baseline for developing tailored treatment plans.

• Regularly engage with clients to collaboratively set achievable therapeutic goals while monitoring their progress throughout the treatment journey.

Your role will encompass working with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated outstanding communication and interpersonal skills necessary for fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• A deep sense of empathy and a non-judgmental demeanor to effectively support clients through their personal experiences.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively balance a caseload and administrative responsibilities.

• Experience working in a mental health counseling role, particularly in outpatient settings.

• Competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
