This position offers a fully remote work environment. You will enjoy the flexibility of managing your own hours, with an expectation of over 30 hours per week for full-time counselors. Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adult clients who are seeking support in managing their mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Current independent licensure in the state of Tennessee as one of the following: LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD, allowing you to practice without supervision.

• No disciplinary actions or pending investigations against your professional license.
\n
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and computer literacy, enabling effective communication with clients and ease of use with remote counseling tools.

• A stable Wi-Fi connection to conduct virtual sessions seamlessly.
