Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize electronic medical record systems to carefully document patient progress against established goals, ensuring that every intervention aligns with the client’s social work plan.

• Engage actively in team meetings and training sessions, contributing insights and ideas for enhancing client care and therapeutic practices.

• Adhere to ethical codes of conduct and follow established protocols and policies as set forth by Freedom Empowerment Counseling Services.

• Maintain a consistent work schedule as directed by your supervisor, ensuring availability for clients during designated hours.

• Follow through on directives provided by supervisors to contribute effectively to team objectives.
\n
• As required, obtain and maintain current certifications, including a valid Oregon Driver’s License and CPR/First Aid certification.
\n
• Demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills, ensuring that a high caseload volume is managed effectively without compromising service quality.
\n
• Continuously pursue professional development opportunities to meet the requirements for your licensing body and enhance your therapeutic skills.
\n
• Address additional duties as assigned, adapting to the dynamic needs of the clinic.
\n
• Provide clients with valuable information and resources for identifying and addressing financial or social needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will primarily work with children, adolescents, and their families facing a range of mental health challenges. This encompasses issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns. Our approach is holistic, focusing not only on clinical symptoms but also on fostering resilience and promoting well-being, ensuring our services align with the unique circumstances of our young clients.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and independent mental health licensure in the state of Oregon, including LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.

• A Master’s or Doctoral level degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (acceptable degrees include MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, or PsyD) from an accredited institution.

• A strong commitment to best practices in mental health therapy and advocacy for the client population.

Compensation and Benefits\n
