Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to clients across the lifespan, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify each client’s strengths, challenges, and specific treatment goals to inform personalized treatment plans.

• Collaborate actively with interdisciplinary teams and community partners, ensuring a coordinated and integrative approach to client care.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client progress, treatment interventions, and assessments in compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Care of Soul Psychological Wellness, you will work with a diverse clientele, from children and adolescents to adults and senior citizens. You will address a broad range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, familial conflicts, and relationship challenges. Our focus is on not only treating symptoms but empowering clients to develop coping strategies and achieve lasting positive change in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must hold a full, unrestricted license to practice independently as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build effective therapeutic relationships with clients.
