Key Responsibilities\n

  Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's mental health needs, incorporating therapeutic interventions that align with current best practices.

  Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify need areas and create actionable strategies to tackle issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders.

  Provide crisis intervention services, responding promptly to clients in distress, and offering immediate support and guidance during critical situations.

  Maintain ongoing therapeutic relationships by offering continuous care to clients with diverse mental health diagnoses and substance use disorders, monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

  Facilitate therapeutic sessions utilizing various evidence-based modalities, encouraging client engagement and growth while addressing family relationship dynamics and destructive behavior patterns.

Qualifications\n

  A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a mental health counselor or therapist.

  Current licensure in the state of Oregon as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

  A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

  Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients, their families, and multidisciplinary team members.

  Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to develop trust-based relationships with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

  Experience working in a community health setting or providing teletherapy services is highly desirable.

  Familiarity with various therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
