This role offers a salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, along with the potential for bonuses and a sign-on incentive.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the specific needs and challenges faced by each child and adolescent.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents presenting with various mental health challenges. This population includes young individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCMFT, LCSW, LCP, LCPC, or LSCSW in the state of Kansas.

• Strong understanding of child and adolescent psychosocial development, and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Proven experience in providing both individual and family therapy for children and adolescents.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a compassionate and child-centered approach to therapy.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant digital tools for patient management and documentation.

• A collaborative spirit conducive to working alongside diverse healthcare professionals within your team.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting, particularly focusing on child and adolescent patients.
