As a fully remote position, our Mental Health Therapist will enjoy the flexibility of a home-based work environment while engaging in collaboration with colleagues via virtual platforms. The regular work schedule spans Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for children and adolescents to evaluate their psychological needs and condition.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for children and their families during mental health emergencies, utilizing de-escalation techniques and safety planning.

• Educate patients and their caregivers about mental health disorders, emphasizing treatment options and available community resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring comprehensive records of patient progress.

• Actively participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities to stay updated on best practices and advancements in child psychiatry.

In this role, you will primarily serve children and adolescents grappling with various mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to ADHD and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
