Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand the unique needs of children and adolescents seeking help.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential records in alignment with legal and ethical standards to support ongoing care and compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders. You will work closely with young individuals, fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic environment that encourages openness and growth. Supporting families through mental health issues is integral, as you help them learn effective strategies to nurture their children’s emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure as a LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• Strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven experience in delivering individual and family therapy to young individuals.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate approach to working with patients and their families.

• Proficient with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technologies.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and contribute positively to a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling role, particularly with children and adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 105,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus to attract top talent.
