Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and treatment needs, using standardized tools and clinical interviews.

• Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions through various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and others, tailored to client preferences.

• Engage clients in establishing clear therapeutic goals while regularly monitoring progress to sustain motivation and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Provide teletherapy options using a secure virtual platform to ensure accessibility for clients who prefer online sessions, enhancing their engagement and comfort.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring all client interactions are accurately recorded.

• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, webinars, and peer consultation groups, focusing on enhancing clinical skills and staying informed of best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is mandatory.
