Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized psychotherapy sessions with clients, focusing on emotional, mental, and behavioral concerns through secure telehealth platforms.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and stabilization services for clients in periods of acute distress.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely clinical documentation through our digital portal, ensuring compliance and accessibility of client records.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Resonance Mental Health, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, families, and groups from various backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in providing mental health counseling, with demonstrated expertise in individual or group therapy and treatment for co-occurring disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package includes an annual salary range of $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits program.
