Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to accurately evaluate clients' mental health status, utilizing standardized evaluation tools and personal interviews.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans aimed at addressing each client’s unique goals and challenges, adapting strategies as needed based on progress and feedback.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions for adult clients via teletherapy, employing evidence-based practices, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and solution-focused approaches.

• Offer crisis intervention services as necessary, ensuring immediate support for clients experiencing acute distress.

• Engage in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay current with evolving mental health practices and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW, or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
