Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of clients, including individuals, families, and groups, to determine their specific needs.

• Facilitate initial comprehensive assessments for patients and coordinate follow-up care based on triaged assessments.

• Maintain a high level of professional integrity by completing documentation ethically and timely in accordance with department standards.

• Implement evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to assist clients in achieving their individualized service plans.
