Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will primarily consist of pre-screened stable adults who present with low acuity mental health needs. By ensuring that no severe mental health cases are assigned, we aim to provide a focused, manageable workload that enables you to deliver high-quality care. Additionally, we tailor client assignments based on your specific specialties and demographic preferences.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A valid and full license to practice independently in New York State, including LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT credentials.

• Proven ability to conduct thorough evaluations and make informed treatment recommendations.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills characterized by empathy, compassion, and the ability to establish rapport with clients.

• Proficiency in using technology for remote counseling services and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in areas such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, or family dynamics will be prioritized. Familiarity with online counseling platforms and telehealth procedures is advantageous as well.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, depending on the number of hours worked and caseload specifics. As a full-time counselor, you will also receive various benefits, including:
