Work Environment\n

As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to conduct your therapy sessions from a location that suits you while being a vital part of our online outpatient office in Buffalo. We maintain a collaborative atmosphere, ensuring that our therapists feel supported and connected, despite the physical distance. While the primary hours for this role will be Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, occasional evening shifts may be required to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• Robust knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, including familiarization with evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic techniques.

• Experience in delivering both individual and family therapy to young patients is essential.
