This full-time role will primarily focus on delivering high-quality mental health care to children and adolescents through a telehealth platform. Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work schedule that fits within our practice's operational hours of Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. In this digital workspace, you will engage with clients via telehealth, equipped with the technology and support needed to provide exceptional care. Occasional evening shifts may be required based on the demand of our patient base and their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand the psychological needs of children and adolescents, ensuring a detailed evaluation of symptoms and family dynamics.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions and consider each patient's developmental stage, cultural background, and family situation.

• Provide individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy sessions that address various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral issues.

• Collaborate with child psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to ensure a cohesive treatment approach, discussing cases in team meetings to enhance care coordination.

• Facilitate crisis interventions, providing immediate and effective responses to mental health emergencies involving young patients.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about mental health disorders, medication options, and local support resources, fostering an environment of empowerment and understanding.

• Maintain up-to-date and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation is thorough and accurate.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.

• A strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders and therapeutic modalities is essential.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering both individual and family therapy to children and adolescents.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills combined with a compassionate, child-centered approach.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring efficient documentation and patient management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
