Work Environment\n

This position allows for a remote work setting alongside our physical outpatient office in Escondido, providing flexibility while maintaining strong team collaboration. The work hours are set from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts required to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify and evaluate the specific needs of children and adolescents.

• Collaboratively develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the developmental stages and family contexts of each patient.

• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be serving a diverse population of children and adolescents, addressing a wide array of mental health concerns ranging from emotional and behavioral disorders to developmental challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a relevant setting, focusing on child and adolescent mental health.

• Strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders, including evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Ability to deliver both individual and family therapy effectively, employing a compassionate and child-centered approach.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong capability to build trust and rapport with young clients and their families.

• Familiarity with electronic health records and proficiency in computer applications essential for documentation and reporting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this full-time position is competitive, offering between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we are pleased to offer a sign-on bonus for the successful candidate.
