Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate the client's needs and establish effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions, both one-on-one and in group settings, addressing various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and cohesive care for clients, sharing insights and coordinating treatment efforts.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, encompassing individuals from various age groups, including adolescents, adults, and seniors facing a spectrum of emotional and psychological challenges. Each therapist is expected to uphold highest ethical standards while creating a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. You will engage with clients experiencing mental health crises or long-standing issues, providing a tailored, empathetic approach to meet their specific situations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in clinical settings, providing therapy to individuals facing emotional and psychological issues.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrable ability to establish rapport quickly and effectively with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is highly desired, although not mandatory.

• Experience in crisis intervention and management, as well as familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
