Work Environment\n

This position is 100% remote, utilizing a telehealth platform to connect with clients through video sessions. While you will be working from home, you will also be part of a supportive clinical team that emphasizes collaboration and communication. Our practice creates a positive work culture that values flexible scheduling to accommodate patient needs, typically operating Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments via telehealth to determine patient needs and collaboratively develop customized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to support clients' mental well-being.

• Facilitate virtual psychoeducational groups aimed at addressing common mental health challenges, fostering community support among participants.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring a cohesive approach to each client's care.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients during mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and available community resources, empowering them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in alignment with legal and ethical standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist within the state of California.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Demonstrable expertise in mental health disorders, evidence-based therapeutic modalities, and comprehensive treatment planning.

• Strong skills in conducting clinical assessments and developing evidence-driven treatment strategies.

• Experience in providing individual and group therapy services, especially in a telehealth or remote setting, is highly desirable.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients.

• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and uphold ethical standards in practice.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technology.
