Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health needs by utilizing comprehensive clinical interviews and diagnostic assessments.

• Regularly engage with clients through virtual therapy sessions, delivering both individual and group therapies to facilitate their healing journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse range of patients, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid clinical license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, providing therapy and support to diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
