This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to practice from the comfort of your own space. As part of our outpatient treatment program, you will have the autonomy to create your own schedule, working Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with no on-call responsibilities. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based care by conducting weekly live video therapy sessions for individual adult clients.

• Engage in collaborative efforts with other psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to ensure comprehensive and cohesive treatment planning.

• Utilize a variety of tools, including symptom self-assessments and progress monitoring metrics, to evaluate client progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly.

• Participate in team consultation meetings for ongoing support and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adult clients experiencing a diverse range of mental health disorders, addressing varying levels of complexity and risk. Your role is fundamental in providing support that is culturally responsive, welcoming all populations. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work, with relevant licensure as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT from an accredited program.

• A minimum of 1 year of independent practice as a licensed Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist is required.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of recent experience in providing cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions specifically for adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges.

• Experience working with higher-risk populations is advantageous.

• Proficiency with technology and a keen interest in integrating digital tools to enhance clinical practice are highly desired.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 115,000 and 130,000 yearly , complemented by performance bonuses.
