Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to help clients cultivate awareness and manage stress.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients’ unique challenges, stressors, and therapeutic goals, which guide personalized mindfulness practices.

• Facilitate mindfulness exercises, meditation sessions, and breathing techniques during therapy to enhance clients' emotional balance and self-awareness.

• Organize and lead group workshops focusing on mindfulness practices, stress management strategies, and resilience-building skills tailored for various client demographics.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and mindfulness interventions using our management systems to track outcomes and support ongoing care.

• Engage collaboratively with other therapists and healthcare entities to ensure a well-rounded approach to patient treatment plans, integrating various therapeutic modalities as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, stress-related disorders, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

• Demonstrated proficiency in applying mindfulness-based practices within a counseling or therapeutic setting.

• Excellent communication skills to develop rapport with clients and create an empathetic and supportive therapeutic environment.

• Ability to work independently while being an effective team player in a remote setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
